Another day alone.....

My lunch a pancake.
This is a police car, I will have to ask Steven how they pronounce that. Ann Franks House you go in at the line and walk through to the house she was in. It's the one at this end with the windows painted out.
This is just a view from across the street/canal from her house.
This is my sweet baby, I miss her and she makes me smile!

I start going on the tour thing tomorrow. It's with the show Mike is here doing, and from other peoples wifes it's pretty fun. We are touring a castle tomorrow. That will be interesting because when we flew in here I didn't see anything that looked like a castle. I did see 2 very big windmills and lot's of green.

I walked to Ann Franks House. I didn't go through it, Mike just wants for us to go before we leave so I went and checked it out. It actually made me sad, to think that so much horror went on right there where I was walking so many years ago. I took a picture of the veiw across the street, I don't know if they were able to look out the window. I bet if they did it was at night. It just made me sad for all of them.

The pancake thing was my lunch. They are supposed to be famous for them here (pancakes) mine had cheese, ham, and mushrooms. It was OK I just ate about 1/4 of it. The waitress wigged out and made me take it with me, maybe Mike will like it. I should have gone to the Burger King they have a "tripple whopper" 3 meat patties it looks gross!
I am going to jump off now. I have a "meet and greet" with the people I am going to go on that tour with. I've just got to remember which tram to ride to get through town. Wish me luck!

Ann Frank makes me sad, too. It was interesting to think about the view from their windows - I never think of the place as having been connected to the real world. Kind of amazing - that you are someone who can walk to Ann Frank's house.

The pancake looks amazing.
