Chris said he would cut his hair if he could move back home. I took him up on it. Only the poor woman that cut it actually, gave him like 7 different cuts. This was the first cut. I said it could be kind of long.
And after she was finished and his hair looked great he decided he wanted to go shorter. So by the time he was done we swept up his hair and it looked like a little dog! That is one of the long hair stylist combs on the ground next to it. That was a lot of hair!!!
Now he has a nice short cut. It looks great, but after growing it out for years it will take him a little time to get used to it:-)

Now wait - that first pic was Chris, too? His face looks so long and lean in that shot - like he's got mile long cheek bones. Kinda Heathcliffish, actually. Yeah, the hair goes, and you've gotta get used to your face again. But he will. He will.
Just tell him, wait till you get my age - not only do you have to keep getting used to your face, you NEVER get used to it. Why do young guys keep going around with points on their heads now? Is that cool? Really? A pointed head? Dad used to tell us WE had pointed heads when he thought we were being total dorks. Life is just NOT fair.
Wow! What a big step for all of you! My thoughts are with you as you take this journey with Chris!
